This cabbage slaw is a great side dish for a Carne Adovada plate or any grill or picnic meal. Enjoy.
1 Green Cabbage, medium/small size 2 Carrots, shredded ½ Red Onion, finely chopped ¼ c Cilantro, chopped ¾ c Mayonnaise 1 tbs Cider Vinegar 1 tbs Honey (or sugar) 2 tsp Chili Powder ½ tsp Salt (to taste) ½ tsp Black Pepper (to taste)
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss well. Keep chilled (up to 6 hours) before serving.
